Olaf Ryes Plass is a very charming and square place surrounded by interesting restaurants, bars and shops. It has a strong rich and bohemian touch which attracts many people by day and night. Some of the bars have quite humorous plates such as the one above.

NO vs CH
Tonight Norway and Switzerland will play football against each other. Therefore Oslo is filled with people wearing bright red color shirts. It’s amazing to see how we can get so sentimental when living abroad even about football. 🙂
Right is back
Last night Norwegians elected their new government. The right wing won. Not massively but still won. One day later the beautiful weather changed from very sunny since weeks to stormy this morning! Welcome back the weather seems to formate a big stormy party to celebrate it! 😀

Palm trees in Oslo!
To celebrate Summer Oslo Tech Center and Parken Bakery (the building where I work) organized a beach party on the top of the building with a great view over Oslo. 200 persons enjoyed 66 kg of meat nicely cooked. Beach party in Oslo with Palm Trees! 😀
